Launch of new CILT Skillnet Train the Trainer Package

CILT Skillnet is delighted to announce the launch of our new online Train the Trainer – Trainer Development Package. This programme has been designed for new and existing trainers, team leaders or those working in training and development.

The package combines two component Train the Trainer courses and qualifications.

1. Training Needs Identification and Design (6N3325)
2. Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326)

Successful learners will be awarded a QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award with 30 credits in addition to a CPD Certificate.

The media-rich, interactive training programme is written, designed and delivered by trainers who will work with you step by step throughout the training.

The programme is delivered primarily online. A 1-day Practical Workshop & Assessment is normally held in Dublin or Waterford but may be held virtually should COVID-19 restrictions necessitate.

The subsidised cost of the training for CILT Skillnet members is €349 offering substantial savings over the €778 retail price of programme.
