This training programme is part of CILT Skillnet’s Logistics Masterclass Series.


This workshop will show buyers of goods and services the tendering / procurement process, how to remain compliant with legislation and secure the best value for money from suppliers while building a resilient and diverse supplier network.

The workshop aims to teach delegates their legal obligations and how the procurement process works from start to finish.

It includes exercises and high levels of interaction, practical examples and demonstrations of the impact of good procurement practice.

All participants will get access to unique tendering resources including templates that they can use in the future.


This workshop will be delivered by Tony Corrigan, Founder/ CEO of Orbidal.

His published primary research from 3,000 tenders is increasing technology adoption and advancing the professionalism amongst bid managers globally. He has over 27 years-experience working in large multi-nationals, SMEs and start-up organisations such as IBM, Intel, Nebula Technologies and KOMINO. He has worked as a  procurement consultant since 2004 for both buyers and suppliers in Ireland and abroad. Tony is passionate about increasing SME participation in public sector tendering and more importantly increasing the number of tenders that they win.
