Programme overview

CILT Skilnet have launched a custom-designed High-Performance Leadership training programme for managers and leaders in the Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain Management sectors.

The approach on this programme will focus on making it more than a leadership development programme. Development does not happen in a training room. It happens during the implementation of the techniques, approaches and strategies discussed during the training session and the support for participants in this phase is crucial.

By the end of this 5 day High Performance Leadership Programme, participants will be able to increase the performance and competitiveness of their team and organisation by building productive relationships through enhanced leadership and communication skills.

Over the 5 Day High Performance Leadership programme, participants will receive:
• Forte Communication Styles Profile psychometric report and one-to-one coaching
• Employee Engagement Mini-Report
• 360 Feedback Report
• Participation in on-line Leadership Masterminds
• Unlimited phone, email and on-line support
• Lifelong membership of:
- Ex2 Social Learning Community (Leadership development online network)
